AgentCX Labs has introduced Agent Builder Studio, a prompt-based platform designed to enable agencies and business process outsourcers (BPOs) to create, brand, and deploy AI agents without the necessity of coding. The platform empowers users to specify the type of AI agent they require using simple language. Subsequently, Agent Builder Studio generates a proposed agent configuration comprising the model, knowledge base, actions, and system prompt. Users have the opportunity to review and adjust the setup before it is deployed for client use.
Functioning as an orchestration layer, AgentCX Labs allows agencies and BPOs to leverage their existing AI infrastructure, freeing them from reliance on a single AI provider. Users can integrate their own accounts with various AI model providers, voice and messaging platforms, databases, and knowledge-base services. Notable integrations include providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Retell, Vapi, and ElevenLabs. The platform also offers white-label features, enabling custom domains, client subaccounts, branding controls, and agency-managed billing, thus allowing agencies to offer AI services under their own brands.
The platform’s initial creation, a white-labeled Web Chat Agent, is now accessible to AgentCX Labs customers. This agent can be tailored in terms of greeting, branding, and knowledge base before being integrated into a client’s website. It comes equipped with features such as lead capture, human handoff, and optional CRM integration through webhooks. The Founding Beta of the platform is also being extended to support additional use cases, including CRM agents, email support, document processing, research and enrichment agents, and AI assistants based on Slack.
AgentCX Labs emphasizes that the platform is crafted to assist agencies and BPOs in broadening their AI service offerings while retaining control over their existing infrastructure, client relationships, and branding. Currently, Agent Builder Studio is available through an invite-only Founding Beta, with the company open to applications from agencies and BPOs eager to participate in the program.
